The player from the Netherlands complains about withdrawal regulations and asks for a deposit refund. The player decided he didn't want to wait for 3 days for his withdrawal and played all his winnings, therefore there was nothing we could do.
pay 2 play casinos are fast deposit and withdrawal with trustly no fuss no sending documents every time you pay out., Not this one ,rating them 7.5 is way to much i would give them 0 points.first the netherlands is restricted in their terms and all their casinos in the group.but they allow players from the netherlands to deposit and play with a shortcut like trustly...my experience with other pay 2 play casinos are very good no problems at all just deposit if you win pay out in seconds no matter first time playing or playing 100 times that is how it should be..as always good managed casinos suffer from good reputation due bad ones reputation like this one.first deposit 100E I LOST SECOND 65 E I won i initiated a withdrawal for 128E i had a bad feeling about it .after waiting 1 hour i contacted support about the withdrawal after contacting the payment department she told me it would take 72 hours to be proccessed with trustly? why you call yourself a pay 2 play casino then.so i got frustraited and cancelled my withdrawal and lost my money.again this filthy stalling tackticks to lure players .i asked my deposits to be refunded as i feel i have been mislead and scammed .the terms are breached first one the restricted country issue and second claimng at the casino site fast withdrawals and deposits .72 hours processing time is not fast they just should stop lying.i want my deposits back 165E total.thank god i found this out at this right time .thanks

Since you were impatient, and you’ve lost all your winnings, there is nothing we can do. We believe, that if you lost your winnings farily, you have no right for a deposit refund even if you were from a restricted country. We investigate further and help only those players, whose funds (or winnings) have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country, which, sadly, isn’t your case here. Additionally, I would like to point out, that when we calculate the casino’s rating, we don’t take into consideration the length of the withdrawal process.

i cant and will not play any casino that takes more than hour to pay out.thank god p2p casinos are hot and every week a new one opens .about neon casino they should be removed from the list and they should remove their claim fast pay outs from the begin screen.i find this kind of scam.since your raiting does not involve the pay out speed i will now stay away from your site.from all the claims i opend here you 99 precent ruled for the casino.i take my conclusion.but thanks for replying.
Thank you for your opinion Halil, but as I mentioned in my previous message, 3 days is still quite fast according to us, therefore there is no reason for lowering the rating, when there are casinos which take weeks to pay out their player. And we don't 'rule' for casinos. Since you've lost all your funds fairly, just because you decided you don't want to wait for 3 days, there is nothing we could do. We cannot punish the casino only because you think the withdrawal takes longer than it should and ask for a deposit refund.
I am closing this complaint as unjustified.
