The player's deposit did not arrive for unknown reason. After our intervention, we were able to help the player to get their missing deposit back. The player confirmed they received the funds in the end. The Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.

I deposit ETransfer $50 and another $90 and this money went directly into their account. 


So I waited to be credited usually u get credit right away but I wait for 1 hour nothing then I waited more and nothing so I looked on my bank and it said it was sent so I contact their support line and wow they don't know where my money went.


They ask for the reference number which I gave and they still can't find my money. Then they wrote to me that I will get it back within 5-7 days! Hmmm it's been more than 5-7 days the money was sent on the 9th of march it's now 21st of march so I asked could u give me a date when I will receive it!


They didnt even answer my question but to say they want my bank statement ???? Mm why? I am not borrowing money!! What is going on here? Now this is getting too much where is my money???


With the reference number they should be able to track my money so I provided them with my bank statement but I blacked out everything that is not related and I only left where it said they took $50 and $90 and I didn't black out money going I to my account so they can see that I did not get it back.


Then they wrote no u have to unblack the statement. 


I contacted my bank telling them this and they said not to do that and it sounds like I got scammed. And they said they got the money DIRECT I to their account meaning they could easily look me up by reference number, name, or even email.


So it's really odd that they are asking me of this; only when you borrow money u must show this; but I AM NOT borrowing money. So I said no my bank said I should not do this and where is my money. Then they said there is nothing we can do to investigate more. 


So where is my money this is not okay to take someone hard working money and ask for personal info when a reference number is all u need. Super odd. I GOT SCAMMED. But I will not stop fighting for what is mine. I will not just let this go. This is such a headache but I will be fighting for what is mine.


like my transaction are personal i will not show anyone what i buy and do thats my business my bank said its a scam and i am freaking out as i never been scammed before.


could someone tell me what to do i send them this

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Hello Annarm and Casino Guru Team,


At our end, we have two pending deposits:


The recent one which dates back March 09, 2023 12:04 was initiated for 98 CAD, but the player deposited only 50 CAD, so it was cancelled, and this amount was displayed in the player's transactions list.


The pending transaction of 500 CAD was not completed by the player and is also unsuccessful.

Also i just looked at my transactions on N1 casino and i looked at my bank account referring to N1 deposit on March 9 and my bank shows $50, $90 and $200 (dont know where u got the $500 i never did) not complaining about the $200 as i got credited; i see a $50 pending??? Which is so funny because the $50 i forgot to put in the code in the message area but i did put in the code in the message area for the $90 so its so odd that $50 shows pending? And where is my $90????

The only $500 i had done was on feb 25 lol but i am NOT TALKING about that why u keep bringing up? And that $500 went through and i was credited for ur information AGAIN i am addressing to where is my money from MARCH 9 $50 and $90 lets not get off track. So again i looked at my transactions and NOW thats $50 say’s rejected and i checked a few days ago and it said pending so now that has been rejected what does that mean? And also where is my $90 like OMG this is insane

I spend a-lot of money i have a million dollar business look into my account i spend a lot but when one takes from me u will never see a penny from me again u made the worst mistake ever. I seen so many reviews of the SAME problem that i am having.


This is clearly a scam u talk about another deposit i made in February which has nothing to do what i am talking about; i will blast this on social media


but i am done here i am not going to keep repeating myself


I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK to anyone who is reading this as u can see this casino is a SCAM they will take ur money.


and i cant believe i spend a lot of my money on a scam casino but i am done WASTE OF TIME i would been more happier to give this money to a bum then to a scammer.

I have reviewed your case and although this whole situation really is a bit strange you need to please understand that the casino can't much influence the payments, they can see the transactions of course, but the funds are either credited to the casino account balance only after the funds are either received or the casino return the funds if they are rejected for some reason. Anyway, I will still further investigate your case.

Can you please double-check what's going on with the $50 and $90 deposits? The $50 was in the meantime rejected so will this be returned back to the player automatically?

Hello Michael,


The payment provider already confirmed that the transactions from the screenshots attached by the player were aborted / rejected. At our end, they are also unsuccessful.


The rejected transactions are usually back within 7 working days.

In order to further investigate the player's issue, we kindly request that they provide us with a bank statement as evidence of their claim. Sadly, the player resists our requests.

Ok i went to my bank ask them to provide me a letter as you are not understanding me so i thought if it came from a higher-end person you will understand. 


but then i was showing them my account transaction on N1 casino and omg N1 casino are saying that i made a deposit of $90 and $100 on april 6 and 3???? NO I DID NOT why would i even try to deposit more money to a Casino that stole my money…. 


i asked my bank to verify this and they told me this is clearly a scam. As there is no such transactions of this kind. 


not even a mentally disabled person would ever deposit into account that stole money from them what games are you playing.


AND ON TOP of this i kept saying $90 sorry my bad my bank correct my it was not $90 it was for $98 and as you can see from all the photos i been taking from past messages it does say $98.


so are you trying to add in my casino account $90 and saying it was rejected to say that you send it back? but it wasnt for $90 it was for $98, and you didn't send it back because IT CAN NOT BE REJECTED,


do you see casino guru how Shady this is. In what world would anyone keep depositing money into a casino that stoled money from them???

and i do wanted to mention again what you see circled does not say rejected.

as IT CAN NOTTTTT be rejected. Casino N1 has a auto direct deposit. meaning they do not have the option to reject or to cancel they would have to send it back manually. This situation is not a new situation i saw many Many complaints of the same one as mine by many other gamers online with other casnio online complaints this casno needs to be shut down this is a scam casino and they should not be able do this is to many gamers this is not good for anyone to have an unhappy time dealing with this situation like this. its super frustrating and then to try to say i tried to deposit again. in what world would anyone do that. filefilefilefilefile

sorry i just saw something that i thought it was so shady. so on March 27, 2023 on my N1 casino account it said pending for $50 and then On March 28, 2023 it said rejected for $50 and 15 hours ago N1 casino wrote "The rejected transactions are usually back within 7 working days."


I should of got back $50 on April 5, we are now April 12 and I did not receive anything.


I am still missing $50 and $98 (not $90 but $98 as my bank corrected me today)

I mean if N1 casino wants to send me back $90, $100 and $50 i be happy with that of all this stressed and wasting my time in putting in so much work when i have a business to deal with i think that would be fair.


does this mean that they will be sending me this amount as N1 did state any rejections gets refunded within 7 business day?

as they said they get refunded when rejected. so give me a date when i will be refunded $90, $100 and $50 as it says here by N1 casino. please provide a date so i can keep eye on my bank statement and I will of course will update on all the complaints I had made regarding this situation.

It is impossible for us to determine if you have received a refund without a bank statement from the deposit period. Despite our previous request for the document, you have refused to provide it to us. We are relying on a response from the payment system and will only consider refunds with proper documentation showing that the money has not been returned.

I fully understand your frustration, but we have to agree with the casino's requirement of providing bank statements from the deposit period. I understand your concerns with providing sensitive information and I'm aware that your bank (to be honest I haven't seen such a recommendation from any other bank yet) wrote you don't have to provide the statement, however, this is an industry-standard requirement. Almost every casino is requesting this when they process deposit refunds so I kindly ask you to provide the statements.

Again, I understand your concerns, but please be rest assured that the bank statement requirement is an industry-standard. It is not something the casino has made up for you. The reason for this requirement is that the casino's finance department needs to investigate if the deposit really was not received by the casino, where the deposit got lost, or if it was received then how and when it can be sent back to you. Although these days the payment transaction can be usually traced quite easily we still have seen cases where the payments got "hanging" somewhere between the bank, payment provider, and the recipient and sadly it was quite a lengthy process to successfully get the funds to its rightful owner. With this being said I kindly ask you to please provide the bank statement as requested by N1 casino team so we can move with your complaint further.

I understand your frustration, but sadly sometimes successfully sorting failed/unsuccessful transactions is a lengthy process. Unfortunately, the casinos need to gather the statement from the timescale where the transactions have been initiated so they can show this to their bank/payment provider.

Please be so kind and provide the casino with the statement from February 25 to March 9 to further investigate.

You can upload a statement from March onwards, and we will check it with the payment provider. We cannot provide any evidence on our side, since the response that the deposits were unsuccessful was obtained in correspondence with the provider's team.


We mentioned the statement from the end of February because you sent us a screenshot of a deposit of 500 CAD. Therefore, we thought you would like to check the transactions starting from the end of February.

ok this really makes me so upset why am I being the one who has to show my personal daily life when they are the one who took my money what does showing my bank statement would do all it shows is me depositing the money to them and then shows what i do every day. I will send it but now they need to show me something something that they send it back.


Honestly $148 to me is a joke and I was just going to call it a loss but i can not sleep knowing i been scammed if they needed the money that bad and would just say the truth i would of just forget about it but its been two months they showed me nothing but to investigate on me???? no they need to investigate on their end on where is my money.


once that money left my bank I have nothing to do with it stop playing these games I am a busy person who owns a million dollar business. I do not have time for this so if we are going to keep acting this way and not show me anything then i have to take it to a higher authority I would spend Millions for that $148 just for me to go to bed knowing i did not get scammed.


Money to me is nothing i give money away all the time, But I do NOT tolerate not honest people and will never just hand over money to those kind of people. and this is making me not focus and i cant even sleep.


NOW i wanna see the bank statement from "Gigadat inc" from March 9 to today date. if you would of started there you would of done your investigation a lot easier then to come to me when its a "direct deposit" meaning it goes to your bank account without your permission, you do not have the option to reject. My bank could NOT even reverse the transfer the only way i can get the money back if i get it transferred back.


Your site is the one who has the option of "etransfer" its not my website.

However, since the email has expired, the provider is asking us to confirm with you which email you would like the funds to be resent to. Please clarify the email address to which you would like the funds to be returned.
