Hello,

I had, or rather have, an account with N1 Casino. According to their Terms and Conditions, there is even a special paragraph for German players. However, the provisions of the German or EU gambling law are not being complied with. I was able to deposit 2,500€ within 4 days, even though only 1,000€ should have been possible. I was also able to play with stakes higher than 1€, and the casino does not have a German license which means German players should be excluded.

As a result, I requested a refund of at least 1,500€, which is the amount I deposited and gambled that was above the legal limit.

Unfortunately, they only referred to their Terms and Conditions. And once again, as a consumer, I believe in good faith that if there is even a separate paragraph for German players this offer must be legal.

Best regards, Rabea

Dear rabea_86,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand the casino you opened an account in is licensed in Malta (MGA).

Unfortunately, we at Casino.Guru don't deal with complaints related to licensing regulations and policies. I understand your point, but, sadly, we’re not in a position to help you. We are an independent online casinos database that acts as a mediator in resolving players’ disputes. We have no authority to enforce the legality of rules.

Unfortunately, in this case, we are not able to help you and you have no right to a refund of your deposits. I can only recommend you do better research next time and play only in the casinos licensed in your country.

Please let me know, if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding this case, otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Best regards,

Tomas

Hello and thank you for your answer. I think it's a shame not to warn German players like players from the Netherlands. A German player should not have access to such sites at all, because as a consumer you cannot see all licenses and if the provider's site advertises with German seals of approval, that is more than misleading!

What options do I have without a lawyer and court?

Kind regards,

Rabea *****
