The player made a deposit, but then the website was blocked by Swiss confederation. This complaint was successfully resolved.
They say they accept Swiss citizens I opened an account after the new Swiss law of July 1st, I deposited a lot and today after an hour from the deposit the Swiss confederation blocked the site therefore unattainable ... this is a fraud on their part accepting Swiss citizens without having authorization ... I lodged a complaint through the confederation to be able to get back all the deposited because although I in good faith risk a fine, I wrote several never today to the support and VIP department of the casino but without result ... (I put an indicative amount since I can no longer enter to calculate, but we're almost there)
Dicono di accettare cittadini svizzeri ho aperto un account dopo la nuova legge Svizzera del primo luglio, ho depositato molto e oggi dopo un ora dal deposito la confederazione elvetica ha bloccato il sito quindi irraggiungibile... questa è una frode da parte loro accettando cittadini svizzeri senza avere autorizzazione... sporgero denuncia tramite la confederazione per poter riavere tutto quanto depositato in quanto pur essendo io in buona fede rischio una multa, ho scritto diverse mai oggi al supporto e dipartimento Vip del casinò ma senza esito...( ho messo un importo indicativo dato che non posso più entrare per calcolare, ma ci siamo quasi)
