Hello. My problem is that I deposited 80 euros to the N1 casino without using any bonus. I won 643 euros and I want to withdraw and the casinos ordered additional verification of my income, I don't know on what basis. I sent them all the documents except the mifinity account statement because they want 6 months in pdf and such a statement is not possible to download from the mifinity website. I sent them screenshots of everything and they won't accept it. I sent them a statement from my revolut account and from the account where my pension comes in and they also have a problem with it. If I had known there would be such problems, I wouldn't have put my money there. I have paid there many times before and there was no problem with the withdrawal because the account was verified, so I do not understand this approach of the casino. I am asking for urgent and quick help in this matter. It cannot be that the casino is blocking my deposited funds and winnings by asking for something that is unnecessary to assess whether the funds are legal or not, since I have provided what I believe can be presented. It's like the casino would care what I ate today if I ate something the casino doesn't like, they won't pay me because I'm supposed to go on a diet....

Dear deniro72,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
