I recently started using Mystake. As is common when using a new site, I’ll make a small withdrawal early on to make sure it all goes smoothly and I can gamble in peace. Withdrawal was unusual and a bit tricky but I received my money (minus a charge from my bank) the next day.


I went to make a further withdrawal the next day of £600 on the 19/10 which has never neen received. Cue live chat discussions saying it had been sent and there’s nothing they could do. I asked for proof and they sent something over email which looked like my transaction but didn’t seem like proof per se.


I spoke to my bank a week or so ago, they said there was nothing pending and if there was money waiting it would be cleared almost instantly on their end.


im at a loss as to how to resolve this. If you have any advice, I’d really appreciate it.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

yes fully verified, no bonus play-through active. The withdrawal was accepted and supposedly sent by them on 19/10.


I last emailed Mystake yesterday asking them if they’d tracked the withdrawal. My discomfort with Mystake is the very curt way they are responding when they do eventually respond. I’ve never experienced any situations like this in all the years I’ve used online casinos and their lack of willingness to even communicate makes me very uneasy

I received this amount today, no explanation from mystake but glad I received this withdrawal. I’m not sure whether or not to keep playing with them. I’m ok with long withdrawal times so long as I know I’ll get it eventually.
