I withdrew on 02/08/22 it's now dragged on and dragged on after god knows how many emails they're now saying it'll take longer than the timescale and I've had enough I just want my winnings and I know they're scamming me.

My account has been fully verified. I sent them a photo of my passport. I believe they asked for To verify your gaming account upload all the necessary documents to our server, by following the next steps:

★ Choose Account Verification [KYC validator window should open]
★ Upload all the requested documents
This the official process from.chat support because its been a while since I uploaded my documents I believe they asked for a passport copy a proof of address and I also had to do a video where I had to turn my head. I have done all of that I was fully verified before I made a withdrawal on the 02/08/22
