I won this money on 21st April and despite contacting them many, many times I still haven't received my money.

My account is verified and yes I was playing with real money. I spoke to them yesterday and all they could say was that it is in hand.

The casino claims that the withdrawal is pending. From what I have read about them on line they don't pay out. The withdrawal is showing on my account as pending. I am sorry I don't know how to do a screenshot.
