The player's withdrawal is delayed. Despite our several attempts to contact the casino we have received no response, but 2 months after submitting the complaint the player finally informed us about getting his winnings so the complaint is marked as resolved.

Hi I withdrew 6 business days ago but the withdrawal is still pending. I have received notice that it can be 7-21 business days but every time I ask live chat they copy and paste same msg saying 7-21 days. I can’t get any updates as to where my withdrawal is upto ?

Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account already verified and if yes, since when? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings?

Please note that if you are not yet verified, you won't be able to withdraw and it might take up to 14 days after successful verification to receive the money.

Hello David,

As you account was verified on 18th and the casino's time frame is longer than usual, I would definitely only wait at least until the end of this week. If the money would still not arrive, we will try to intervene.

Hi today is the 26th working day, I have been on chat and told that there has been a delay cos of the number of withdrawals which I find hard to believe. If the casino doesn’t answer in the next 23 hours do you just close the complaint ?

Hi David,

Unfortunately, Mr Sloty has no license therefore no license regulator can be contacted. Furthermore, there's no mention of any ADR in their terms so if the casino refuses to reply, we really won't be able to resolve your case, and, yes, it will be closed as "unresolved".

Hi,

unbelievably after 62 days (and by that time had 0% hope of getting my withdrawal and had forgotten about it) I received an email from Mr sloty asking for ID I verified it and my £780 winnings where paid 4 hours later.

The complaint was reopened as per the player's request:

Hi, after 46 business days I have unbelievably received an email from Mr sloty asking for ID documents to process my withdrawal the screen shot shows withdrawal (bank transfer dated today) and the other shows the state it is in which has gone from awaiting (which it was in for 63 days) to allocated

We would like to give this case one more chance to get resolved and help both involved parties to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
