The player from Germany would like to close his casino account. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy”.
I get emails from Mr Sloty every time. I already have 100
times unsubscribed from their emails & told them 1000 times in the live chat to stop sending me emails. They always say okay but don't stop there. I don't want to play casino anymore. Dersimli90@gmx.de

Thank you for contacting us. I have checked the casino’s website for options to close an account and unsubscribe from all correspondence with the casino and its services, and this is what I found (here):

14.3 You may terminate this Agreement and your account (including your username and password) at any time by sending an email to the appropriate point of contact at each of the respective Casinos (i.e., support@mrsloty.com ), such termination to take effect upon us terminating your account (including username and password), which shall occur within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of your email on our servers. During such interim period, you shall remain responsible for any activity on your account between sending us an email and the termination of your account by us.
I would recommend sending an email including all the relevant information to support@mrsloty.com. In this way, you’ll have proof of such action. Specify in the request for how long you wish your account to be closed and clearly state the reason why. Additionally, email "Subject" should be clearly marked and easily recognizable as casino support receives many requests per day hence, if it’s visibly marked you stand a better chance to have your request granted as soon as possible.
If you already tried all this and still receive promotional emails you could try blocking the casino's email address through your email settings.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
