The player from UK is experiencing problems with withdrawals. Casino didn't respond.
I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal for over the 21 working days time limit they give, just like everyone else on here and trustpilot it’s the same scripted messages.. live chat are told what to say and it’s the same thing over and over again..

Hi yes with mr sloty you can’t withdraw until you have verified so that was done on the 24th march when I withdrew and this was my 1st withdrawal

We would like to ask the Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
Hi I was in contact with live chat last week and they are now saying due to lack of staff and so many payouts they are behind, so he sent a reminder to whoever, just spoke to another live chat woman and she is saying due to payouts to so many winning players they are behind on withdrawals and sent another reminder to whoever.. how is this site allowed to continue with this after so many bad reviews? Surely it shouldn’t be allowed to carry on
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
