Hello,


I have deposited in total £100 with the casino - Mr Sloty (www.mrsloty.com). These deposits were taken instantly in order for me to play with the casino. However, it appears they do not want to pay out any winnings. I have been waiting 21 days for a withdrawal request of £800 via Bitcoin. 


I just want my £800 withdrawal via Bitcoin so I can never use them again. They are a terrible casino, I think they may be scamming lots of vulnerable users as I have read lots of reviews online of players not receiving their winnings whatsoever. They advertise themselves to perform quick withdrawals of 24-48hours which is one of the reasons I chose them but their live chat support informs me it actually takes 7-21 days to review withdrawal requests. They are misinforming players and by the looks of things scamming them by not paying up. I have confronted the casino and once I tell them this they end the live chat and no longer let me speak to them. Suspicious isn’t it?!


Please can you help me get my £800 withdrawal request paid?

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
