The player from UK has been waiting for his withdrawal for a month. It has been received after providing documents.

I have made the withdrawal on 17 June. It says withdrawals can take up to 7-21 working days. I am now on the 31st working day nearly 7 weeks. I email them each week they say that they are processing it and are chasing the finance department and will give me feedback on when it will be paid out which they never do.

Yes KYC has been verified. This has been my first withdrawal but I have been on the site for a couple months prior to it and they had taken any money I deposited.


My withdrawal status says accepted.


I will send correspondence from what they have told me.

We would like to ask the Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

The website is a scam I won’t get paid out but I hope it stops future people from using it.


they have a curaçao license which anybody can get and it doesn’t mean anything as they don’t do disputes and is easy to obtain if you have cash.


there address does not exist either so I can’t hunt them down for my money


and they are run by MRSL NV which does not exist.


waste of time and money so regret ever going on the site on the first place. I lost a £100 payout but god knows how much money I gave these criminals before that.

We have apologized the player for the delay in processing his withdrawal but the player haven't provided us with all the necessary documents before applying for a withdrawal which affected the time frame. We have sent him an email with further instructions in order to speed up the whole process . The matter has been accelerated so the player's withdrawal will be prrocessed as soon as possible.
