I have submitted the withdrawal on 2nd Jan 2022 and have still not moved to processed status. I verified the account before I put the withdrawal through so that’s not holding it up. I’ve tried several times on live chat and just keep getting told to wait. It’s been long enough now. I have emailed time and time again and never get a response. I have asked for the complaints process and nothing. Getting really fed up now 😞

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if you have accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside the account without being processed? Was your account successfully verified in the past?


It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I have provided all of my account details in the initial email to yourselves so you will see the information there.


I verified my account on 2nd Jan 2022 before I put my withdrawal through so yes it is verified. I played through £7500 of you bonus requirements but I’ve also deposited several times to so it wasn’t a bonus that was free. I have contacted you via email several times via email and no reply! My account still showing awaiting status for withdrawal so no it’s not approved yet which is ridiculous!also it is 14 days passed now so I’m well within my rights to complain. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with for a withdrawal in my life. I do appreciate you helping Petranela I don’t know where else to turn as getting no response from MrSloty at all 😞


I think I’ve waited too long as it is considering my account was already verified. Please look into this and do my withdrawal as soon as possible

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
