The player from Alberta had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings had not been obtained up to that day. The Complaints Team had extended the investigation period by 7 days to allow the player to respond to queries regarding her account and withdrawal status. However, due to a lack of response from the player, the complaint was unable to be further investigated and was consequently rejected.

Tried to withdraw, they said they needed to verify. Waited 6 days, they said they needed me to submit my documents again, "repeadly", and did not provide any information on why they weren't accepted to begin with. It's now been over 48 hours again since I done so, and still haven't heard anything back.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Nope. And tomorrow has been 14 days since I made a withdrawal request.


What I'm confused about is the fact that I had already BEEN verified BEFORE I made a request.


I understand these thing's take time, but I have not cheated, was already verified, and I had to submit my ID an additional 3x already. Now it's been my payment method 2x now.
