Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you sent a proof of address to the casino and did they respond to you since?

In the meantime I got an e-mail saying that apparently my pay slip is now accepted as proof of address and I am now in the verification process again
Verification has been running since September 30th after I requested withdrawal on September 28th.
My identity and bank details have already been verified. I used my identity card and my bank card as well as proof of the transfer to the casino.
All documents that can be found under the links were sent in as proof of address
