Ladies and Gentlemen

My name is Aleksanda Banaszkiewicz 22, I asked the casino for a payout of PLN 4,000, and since then the verification is still ongoing. the casino had already positively confirmed my verification once, the next day they canceled it and informed me that it was an error. they check the same documents over and over again. they reject them after 48 hours, they ask me to send them again and I wait another 48 hours.

This has been going on since August 22
