I deposited 200 dollars into this fraudulent casino and received my 200% bonus. I then went on to meet the wagering requirements of 10K. I hit a big jackpot on reactoonz and another on holmes. I then attempting to cash out my winnings of 3332$. Two days later the casino contacted me and said that my funds had been deleted due to unfair bonus use... I was shocked that they would just steal the money I won fairly. I never placed a wager above the allotted 5$ max, I met all wagering requirements but still they stole my money. Do not play at this casino!! If you win anything they will simple make some claim that you abused the bonus terms and steal your money!! Mr. Bet is an absolute fraud!

Dear Kyle,

Thank you for contacting Casino Guru. I’m sorry to hear that your winnings were confiscated. It is not unusual for casinos to limit the winnings from bonuses and implement other restrictions. What was the reason why the casino cancelled your winnings? Could you please send us the conversation with the casino regarding the issue? It will be very helpful.

Best regards,

Peter

Hi Kyle,

Sorry for the delay. I received your email and reviewed it thoroughly. The root of the problem is this sentence in the Bonus T&Cs:
"Winnings from "free spin" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed."
This is why your winnings were cancelled. As I mentioned before, it is common practice for casinos to limit the winnings from bonuses. The casinos can form their own T&Cs and set their own rules for the game play, especially when it comes to bonuses. This is how they protect themselves against bonus hunters. I'm afraid I won't be able to help you in this case. I will reject the complaint because I can't penalize the casino for this. I wish I was of more help.

Best regards,

Peter

Hi Kyle,

I reopened the case because you asked for a reopen. Are there any new circumstances you want to share?

Yeah I want you to let people know that if they accept a bonus beware that the casino will just steal any winnings on some ridiculous ground of bonus abuse. When in actuality it doesn't matter when you open the bonuses the amount is already decided... So how can this be a bonus infringement if it does not change the outcome at all? If I knew the site was simply going to steal my money if I didn't open my bonuses before my wager was complete I would have simply left 1$ to be wagered... So how can this be deemed fair? It is simply a casino flexing there legal small print bs to screw over customers. Even if I did have 1$ left to be wagered, I believe this casino would not have paid me out anyways. They would have created some bs caveat that I abused so they wouldn't have to pay out... In my opinion Mr.Bet is a rip off and I want the public to know this.

Hi Kyle,

I understand your frustration, but as I mentioned before I can't penalize the casino for this. The complaint will be rejected, but it will remain published on our website. I wish I was of more help.

Best regards,

Peter
