Unfortunatelly, Rob asked his account to be closed and all his data deleted right before his acount was complitely verified. 

We consider this issue as not relevant anymore.

We are sorry for not mentioning the winnings in our previous response. The user played his balance. The user had spent his winnings before being fully verified. The withdrawal request failed as there were no more funds on the users balance.
