I submitted my documents on Sunday April 23 around 6am and it has been more than 48 hours. Two documents are still pending.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Could you please advise which documents you have already provided? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format? Have you received any feedback regarding the documents you already submitted?

Hi. The first verification finished a few hours ago, and I had to re-submit two documents which was proof of residence and statement of the deposit I made.
I sent the proof of residence in a pdf format this time using my bank statement. As for the proof of deposit, it was only a screenshot of the deposit details that had "Dana R" on it. I attached the screenshot below. I did try going on the computer and mobile to find a way to get my whole name, address, and deposit made, but I couldn’t find a way to.

Hey, so as of right now I have no choice but to wait for the new statement to get uploaded which would be May 18th. This would be the last way I can think of and if that doesn’t get approve, I’m not sure what else I can do. I will keep you posted. Thanks!
Hey, I want to update. I spoke to them again to confirm. One of the chat representative stated that the bank card ***2 is verified, but want the proof of Interac payment I made on the site. They stated weeks ago that it was the bank card ***2, but now they’re saying it’s Interac, so I uploaded the PDF statement of my interac with the payment date posted of April 24 (which I already let them know it was processed on the 24th and have made a note of it). I will let you know the status.
