hi kristina, yes it is correct Mr.Bet blocked me because of my Italian identity card although, I had previously uploaded all documents to Mr.Bet and they were verified 2 months ago.

The strange thing is that all this happened after I applied for my 4th payment, I was suddenly asked again to upload my ID again. I did this, then I got the answer from support that it was checked again internally.

So I asked again why I had to be verified again, although it was already fully verified on July 28th, 2022 because I had uploaded all the documents from the current account, electricity supplier registration certificate from the responsible authority in Hanover.

Despite all the documents that Mr.Bet had already confirmed, it was ignored, then I looked again at the verification, it was confirmed, strangely enough, the chat support ignored all of this and referred me that was supposedly not authorized to play because I wasn't living in Germany and demanded a residence permit, which I don't actually need because I'm an EU citizen and have been living in Germany for 22 years.

Suddenly he said I had violated the guidelines of mr.bet and was immediately thrown out of the chat and could no longer log in, but I still made a screenshot of my balance beforehand, but also of my confirmed verification which is in Mr.bet guidelines also stated that once you are verified then you don't need to worry for a while the payouts should be made after 24 hours.
