The player from the United Kingdom had his account blocked without further explanation. The remaining balance is still held by the casino. The player confirmed his account was closed permanently, but the winnings were received.
Back in July MrGreen blocked my account. This was an account I had used for some 10 years. I don't care if they don't want my business anymore and had supplied all requested documentation in the past. But they do not respond to any communication and I have a balance in my account. They are making it impossible to reach my funds.

I can confirm that no bonuses were used. I only ever played roulette and some sports betting at MrGreen.

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
The casino has just paid up and after 11 years decided to close my account for whatever reason.
