The player from India had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn't been received yet. He accused the casino of fraud, claiming they had provided false transaction numbers. After some back and forth, he had confirmed receiving part of his winnings but lost some in the process. We had deemed the case resolved as the player received the larger portion of his winnings.

I made many withdrawal and all came in 1 or 2 hours , but this times its take more 48 hours and still didnt come ,

this the rules of casino :
