My player id is 121520**** at Mostbet casino. I had placed two withdrawal request from Mostbet casino amount of 20000 INR and 10000 INR on 14/09/2023 but till the date its not received. I have contacted support team multiple times till the date with all the necessary documents but still not amount received and support team not responding. Every time i reach to support team they ask for bank statement and other screenshot and ask to wait for resolution. After that no email or no payment received in my any bank account till the date. Mostbet told me that withdrawal is successful and provided me two withdrawal screenshot with UTR details. I contacted both of my bank from which withdrawal was requested but the provded UTR is not valid stated by both banks. Bank can only provide me a bank statement but no t any letter. Dear team, please help me as i am waiting since last 7 months to receive my withdrawal from Mostbet.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? What was their response when you forwarded them the bank transaction history?

Hello Team,

I would like to confirm you that i did not used any bonus and playes using real money deposit. Last time i spoken with support team was on 31st April 2024 and before that it was Jan 2024 and before that multiple times in 2023 since Oct 20203 when i placed withdrawal request. Every time i contacted support they asked me bank statement and i provided them each time. Only reply i have received from Support team is that 'sorry for delay in your withdrawal, we have forwarded your query again to financial department and wait for the withdrawal'. Then nothing reply received to me till the date. When i try to reach support they follow the same and gives same response every time. Please help me with this. My id is verified in 2023 only before placing withdrawal. There were several withdrawal i received as well after verification but these two big withdrawal not yet received.
