The player from India had created an account at MelBet, made several deposits and withdrawals successfully, but when attempting to withdraw 49,099.45 INR, he was asked for verification. Despite sending his documents more than 50 times, he was asked to send a higher-quality photo. Later, the player received a message from the casino allowing him to withdraw all remaining funds. The issue was resolved, and the player's money was recovered.

hello sir ,

recently i created account in melbet and deposit 505 and withdraw 510 inr then i deposited 2431.25 and withdraw 2760 than i add 20528.5 and win 49099.45 when i try withdraw it seems your account need verification i sand my document more tan 50 time he said me sand high quality photo please solve my issue

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. You can withdraw your funds. Please create withdrawal request for all remaining funds on your gaming account. } finely my money is recovered you can mark as solved ,but i told you that this cassino do not deserve 7.7/10 rating
