Hello,

I requested $9400.20 for withdrawal from my Melbet account and suddenly they blocked my withdrawal.  Then they asked verification documents.  I have sent all the documents they asked for. After that, No reply regarding my account verification for last 3 months.  Through Melbet email, I asked about my confirmation, why is it still pending, they only reply that your request is being processed! Even after 3 months , the message is processed and always this reply is received only from Melbet. More than 50 email conversations were completed, but no response. From 6th 2023 April melbet team always telling its on processing....... I think , after 10 years they will give the same answer in processing ....

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? Which games you’ve been playing (live casino games, slots, or sports betting)? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?

Hello,

1)Melbet is reply for my every mail "its on process you will get notification". Even after 3 months they telling like that.

2) I bet only in sports betting.

3) I didn't use any bonus bet.

We received confirmation from the player that their account has been verified and winnings transferred successfully. Even if the main issue was related to sports betting, we mark this complaint as resolved as per the player's request.
