The player from Netherlands has been promised a refund. The payment seems to be delayed. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

MegaRush is taking very long to solve my case! They don’t appreciate players once they can’t profit from them anymore.
I’m already waiting for around 4 weeks for my case to be solved. Nothing happens. They stop responding, and don’t update the players on the case, and when you contact them you always get the same response. ‘Please stay patient, the relevant team is looking into it.’
This is not normal, and I would like for my case being solved as it involves a refund of €9.999,78 which I’m still waiting for.

Could you please specify the details of your refund? Have you played any of your deposited funds, or they are still untouched inside your account? How much is the actual balance of your account now? Lastly, could you please confirm that your account has been successfully verified in the past?

I don’t have a balance now as my account is closed. The amount I described are my total net deposits (deposits - withdrawals) with MegaRush, and I should be entitled for a refund, yet they’re currently not solving this case. I’ve been waiting for a definite answer for almost a month now, so I would like you to make MegaRush solve this issue for good.
