I did write some questions wrong to get the opportunity to write to you.


I have played on megapari for about 3 weeks and it have been perfekt with fast deposit and withdrawel (maximum withdrawal I have made is 5000 for one withdrawel) .

Now I won 26.000 DKk and then I would try to withdraw my money but when I enter the page with the withdrawel methods i suddenly can't find visa (which I used every time ) . Yesterday I then contacted live support and they said it should be possible in 3-4 hours. After 4 hours it was still not possible , so I contacted live support again and they said I have to wait or deposit with new method ( their rules is you can only withdraw with the last metod u deposit with) but they have only now some crypto and e wallets and 1 sepa bank transfer. So I told them I would not make and could not find out to make a crypto or e wallet account , and I then asked if I could withdraw with sepa bank transfer ( I asked because it is not possible to deposit with sepa only withdrawel, and if I did try to do it without getting premission it may not be good ) they saw all my message but did not respond and now it is not possible to withdrawel with sepa because they also removed that from the methods

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? When was the last time you processed a withdrawal? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that the casino can't always affect the available payment methods and the player has to chose from the ones offered by them.

My account got fully verified 3 weeks ago, I have made like 20 withdrawels. I know sometimes the withdrawel methods are not available but when I first asked when visa will work again they said 3-4 hours, and when I asked about I could use sepa bank transfer they saw my message but did not respond and 15 min after it the sepa bank tranfer now available in withdrawel methods, and I find that weird . Last I could withdrawel was 4 days ago and I always can withdrawel and get money on 15 minutes, but now when I win a bit more I can't. I write on livechat a couple of hours ago and they said I just have to wait or try another method, but then I need to deposit again first and I can't find out to make e wallet or crypto. I did choose the site because they had visa and Mastercard withdraw and bank tranfer. And I find it weird I can still deposit with Visa but not withdraw

And they say now because I have made a jeton wallet, that I have to for example deposit 1000 dkk, then I have to play all the money and then I can only withdraw 1 to 1.. so I can never get the money out, plus they say I need to play more money I deposit before I can withdraw. That is complete scam

And now because they said if I deposit with new method I could withdraw the same amount I deposit . I did deposit 320dkk and got told if I bet them and make a bet on 320 dkk I could withdraw 320dkk so many times as I would like. I did exactly what they said I should do and now they just rejected my withdrawal on 320dkk , I tried 2 times both rejected, I had to do it like 80 times and livechat said I could do that.. but now I contacted live support again and they say of course that I have to wait 24 hours and if it is not working I can contact them again .... Normally I play on bettingsites in Denmark , and I have never tried this kind of scam... Please help me

Visa have just been available just right now, and I have never got problem to withdraw with visa, normally it is on my account in 5-15 minutes, but now it's been rejected, reason is , declined by operator , payment prossening error.. there is always something new. I write to livechat there say I have to wait some hours or contact support in 24 hours... But I don't think it will work, always new problem

So yesterday I got allowed 14 times to withdraw 320 dkk each time. So nearly 4200 dkk in 14 transactions, and since 11 last they i could not again, and when I try to get help from their email they say I would be blocked if I write more.. I had send some emails where I try to find solution , but when they answer back they do not answer on what I asked so of course I write again... They know I gamble alot and I think they do this so I have big chance to loose the money before I can get them out

Yes sorry I could not answer you. I got them yesterday. But I still find the service very bad. They do not answer my mails anymore. But yes I got the money. I think it is because of your help. Thank u
