My main problem they false advertise there cash bonus had no restrictions to get people play with it and yet there is restrictions 100 max cash but when you read about the cash it's say clearly why play with any other bonus when you can your Cashback bonus on your deposit with no restrictions win big take home big that's what it say they terms and conditions I argued with it should say no restrictions refer to terms and conditions and should not use the words no restriction because is false advertising I have email to pove they have admitted .this what happened March 22st I deposit 47 dollars play a while was winning then this cash bonus thing pop I clicked on say must claim with I. 2 weeks so I do it adds to the money I'm already playing I thought it would go to next deposit played a little bit hit 4000 played back 1500 of the. Cash out sent all my stuff was told everything look good day later gone took my 2500 and gave me hundred they thiefs so chat with them emails with asked for supervisor never got one anyways back forth and they it's because of the cash back bonus that they advertise as no restrictions once that bonus hit out me at 100 max cash out which makes everything they somehow about the bonus is a lie and they keep saying refer to terms and conditions and say when you about the bonus and no restrictions it should refer to terms and condition nobody would so that hoe they fuck you iits illegal and I want my money blaster12 is my username jmerriman119@gmail.com is my email

Can you still access the bonus terms or have any screenshots of it? What did the casino respond to you when did you contacted them with this issue? Is your account currently verified and did you ever withdraw from the casino?

Yes I have screenshots of it already and some conversation real quick rundown about I never new you could add a bonus while money in play first soni was shocked when it went directly on my money in play most time they will bonus will be added to next deposit . I read this bonus and it says no restrictions on which you see when I send you the screenshots very misleading I think false advertising by when I talked to them never give a supervisor or they would say they are the supervisor in charge which I know is not true asked for a number call never got all the would say is refer to terms and condition never in the bonus part of the Cashback bonus does say to refer to terms and conditions how would I know but original I got email from them from the finance team which said I lost my money because I added money to a bonus is play meaning I was already playing on a bonus which is a lie I made clean deposit 47 dollars on the March 21st I had 132 when cash bonus was added then went to 139 then I hit for 4000 played back 1500 then tried to cash out I made clean deposit that when I read about the bonus which I will send to you email you gave me along with other screenshots

Based on these terms, if you do not meet some conditions, your max cash out can be only $100. Would be still great to know did the casino refer to the bonus in the chat with you as a free bonus and claimed that you was not supposed to take it. However, based on the deposit/bonus table you provided in your screenshots, it is clearly visible that you claimed the cash back bonus, and therefor your winnings were limited. Could you please advise what was your real balance when you claimed the cash back?

I started off with 47 dollars deposit I was up to 132 dollars when I used the bonus my thing is not the bonus it's the word to it make you believe there no restriction with bonus it's says it right no restrictions when clearly there it's very misleading I would not of used the bonus if I sknew there were a restrictions I didn't need it is why I was cheated

If you read in the homepage of the Cashback bonus it's no restrictions no where does it say refer to terms and conditions it clearly says play with no restrictions win big take home big is what it says not refer to terms and conditions which as a player I see no restrictions I'm going to think no restrictions cause it does not say to so how would I know and then at that point why would I look. Yes they always referred to it as a free bonus never used the word cash bonus it's a hustle that is illegal I know what I sent yes it show bonus looks on the casino website and look up cash bonus homepage not terms and conditions just when explains cash bonus to the consumer tell me it's not misleading or down right lie they owe me that money fair and square

The terms for the cashback bonus are only 2 clicks away from the main page - once you click on the Cash Back section it gives you the clickthrough to the terms. Unfortunately in cases such as these were it is easy to find it, we can't rely on the fact that you just did not see it. The maximum win and all the conditions are stated there. I'm really sorry that we won't be able to help you out but the terms are clearly written there. Be sure to read them next time you start to play with a bonus and if you can't find any terms related to a bonus, do not even take it as it might cause you the same issue.
