I was told that in order for me to withdraw my free bonus winning is that i have to deposit $25 and wager it 1x the deposit amount. After deposit and wager it as per requirement then i was told to wait for 1-3days for my withdrawal to be completed (which is ridiculous since i deposit using crypto and crypto doesnt take even 1 full day to complete transaction). I contacted customer support and was fed even more BS that my withdrawal are currently under audit which will take 1-3 days so i play along with this stupid reason. Now its the 4th day i contacted their live support and was told my withdrawal are in the final stage of audit and will take the whole week to complete and for me this is starting to sound more bullshit since what kind of casino audit a small amount $100 that take whole week? this casino is running a scam and now i even have to bear the withdrawal fee of $35 since i withdraw under $500 but the max withdrawal cap allowed for me is only $100! casinoguru should personally run a test on them prior on advertising this scam on their website!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Previously i was told once i made a deposit then i should have no problem with my withdrawal. as per my convo with your live chat he stated that "all is good to go" and that was almost a week ago and now u want me to wait for another 1-2weeks? what kind of garbage auditing are u guys conducting?

I fully understand your frustration, dar5689. However, please note that a successful withdrawal request does not guarantee that the withdrawal will be sent immediately, no matter which withdrawal method you choose. It can take a few days to fully process a payment since casinos have to make sure that the payment is being sent to the correct person. Also, most casinos perform a routine gameplay check to see if all winnings have been accumulated in compliance with their T&Cs.

Therefore we always give the casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by the end of this time frame, we will intervene. So I would like to kindly ask you for your patience and wait for a few more days. Keep us updated in the meantime. Thank you in advance.
