Case summary

The player from the United States has been accused of opening duplicate accounts. Admittedly, she had another account active four years ago. The complaint was rejected after gathering and reviewing all the necessary data provided by the casino. The player opened at least 5 accounts in the casino and redeemed a No Deposit Bonus in each of these casino accounts. The casino acted correctly and within its Terms and Conditions that were breached by the player in multiple ways. The player is not eligible for any winnings obtained by playing in this way.

I received free spin bonus and with that I tried varies games. Upon completion of my free spins I was playing and won 3000 I played over the wager amount need to withdrawal and withdrew 1800 than again for 300. They than said I had multiple accounts. I haven't played on the site in over 4 years according to them , which clearly was an honest mistake and a real casino would of caught that upon sign up. They refuse to pay me after requesting all my personal information and banking info which they now have and still haven't received my payment. They suck they are an illegitimate site..

Dear Libby1120,

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand, that it is strictly forbidden, in the majority of the casinos, to have more than one account. As you admitted, you have opened more than one account from the same IP address. This has been recognized by the casino as breaching T&Cs and your account blocked.

We always recommend reactivating the old account instead of creating a new one to avoid any misunderstanding. Could you please advise what was the reason to open a brand new account? Do I understand correctly that you have accumulated your winnings using Free Spins solely?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

As I stated it was 4 years ago clearly unaware that I opened it and clearly haven't played on the site since. Honest mistake from an honest person. What is not right is this scam site (had it been reputable and licensed in the US) would of caught this upon signing up hence this wouldn't be an issue. But because it's illegal to US citizens they can do what they want. They are a SCAM illegal site! A real casino would of prohibited the sign up and redirected to your past sign up!!! 4 years past now that's pathetic on their end. You suck

Thank you very much, Libby1120, for the clarification. Could you please advise when you created your second account? Do I understand correctly that your winnings have been accumulated from Free Spins solely?

Clearly I haven't played nor remembered of an account opened and a REAL site would of prohibited it immediately. But this SCAM site is to get money from people and not pay what's rightfully owed. They are SCAM Artists. They took all my personal Information and at that time after getting all my ID my card number bank number drivers license number then they refused to pay me ??!!! Who the hell does that!! the very next day I get an email from my identity protection plan I have and my identity was breached ....surprise surprise. I want my money it's bullshit. SCAM

My winnings were on free spins solely but I met the required play through I also realized the site automatically took me to the sign up page unaware to me that I opened an account four years prior and clearly unaware of this beings I have never played since in four years. The site is a complete ScAM

Thank you, Libby1120, for the clarification. Please bear in mind that if your winnings have been accumulated from Free Spins entirely, there would be a maximum cashout limit applied for your withdrawal.

Bonus T&Cs:

"FREE BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The minimum and maximum withdrawal permitted on existing and previous free money bonuses is capped at $ 100.00. Any funds left from free winnings will be immediately removed from the player account after processing the withdrawal. The person who tries to go above this limit will have the funds removed from his/her account.

Withdrawals from free bonus promotions of $ 100.00 are only processed when a copy of your driver’s license and a utility bill is received, matching the name, DOB and address registered on your Mega7s account."

Moreover, please understand that if you had an account in this casino in the past and redeemed any No Deposit bonus previously, I'm afraid we won't be able to help you even if you didn't open duplicated account intentionally.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

I have not redeemed anything until the 2100 and I completed there required pay through They have copies of everything of mine my Drivers license a bill a bank card. This casino is a fraud now all my info is with some scam artist If the payout is capped at 100 it should state that but than I want that payout. It's ridiculous. I will never ever play out of the US because of this. They aren't even allowed to allow US players to play on their site! Scam artists

Thank you, Libby1120, for your reply. I have adjusted the disputed amount from $2,100 to $100 which would be the maximum cashout for any free bonus.

Could you please rule out the possibility that you have activated any free bonuses in your old account?

I don't believe I had any bonuses activated in my old account but I didn't know an account existed until this disaster.

Hello, Libby1120,

I am sorry to hear about your unpleasant situation. I will contact the casino and try my best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Now I would like to invite Mega7's Casino's representative to join this conversation and participate in the resolution of this complaint.

Dear Mega7's Casino Team,

Could you please clarify the player's situation in more detail? Was there any No Deposit Bonus used in the player's old account in the past?

In case we are talking about multiple accounts used by 1 player, is the casino able to share with us the necessary data? We would like to see registration details for both/all player's accounts with the registration dates and see an unfair advantage that she obtained by playing in this way in the casino.

It is possible to share the data/documents directly here, with your reply, or by sending them to my email address (branislav.b@casino.guru).

Thank you in advance for providing the information.

Dear Libby1120,

I was in contact with the casino's representative outside this open thread, and I was provided with sufficient evidence supporting the casino's decision. You had at least 4 accounts in the casino which were registered with your email address and other personal details in Mega7's Casino before this one. A No Deposit Bonus was used by each of these accounts. The casino's Terms and Conditions were breached in multiple ways and you are not eligible for any winnings obtained by playing with this bonus, nor the $100 maximum cashout. It is forbidden to have more than 1 account in the casino and a No Deposit Bonus is permitted 1 per player.

After gathering and reviewing all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - apart from using multiple accounts, you breached the Bonus Terms and Conditions. Moreover, the casino has the right to close a player's account anytime - you even have not made any deposit there playing with only free money given by the casino. The casino acted correctly and within its Terms and Condition.

Sorry, we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino. We are here to help.

If you are not satisfied with the complaint solution, I recommend you consult the gambling authority that the casino is regulated by (if it is regulated by any).

In case of any questions, feel free to contact me at branislav.b@casino.guru.

Thank you very much, Mega7's Casino, for providing information and for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Branislav, Casino.Guru
