I've repeatedly tried to withdraw my money, but the casino keeps failing and cancelling my withdrawals. Other casinos, even those located overseas, operate smoothly but MarathonBet keeps either rejecting my withdrawal or cancelling it. I even have screenshots showing numerous attempts at depositing but they've all been denied. I received an email from marathonbet, suggesting I contact my bank to determine the problem. I followed their advice and was told to disable the geo control option, which I did, but still my withdrawal was not paid out.

I have evidence and screenshots which prove my claims. After attempting to withdraw my money around 5-6 times, I ended up losing all my money including my deposit due to my anger at marathonbet, as they were the only casino that failed to pay out my winnings.


Unfortunately, I'm unable to upload images here, but I would be happy to email them to you. These screenshots will demonstrate my interactions with the bank, how I deactivated the geocontrol option, and all the unsuccessful withdrawal attempts that the bank rejected.


I would like MarathonBet to refund the money I lost. This is truly outrageous that they failed to pay out after 6 separate attempts.
