Hello,

I made 200EUR deposit on 19.06 by USDT crypto (214$) I was playing there and some day they voided all my bets, I wanted to withdraw my balance however they rejected my withdrawal in USDT because "they are moving to new website" and withdrawal is unavailable.

Since they moved to new website there is no crypto withdrawal option. I have contacted 2 times their live support they told me this is not possible because I have EUR balance, ( I had EUR balance all the time as USDT transfer was converted to it) after 2nd complain I got a mail that claims they enabled withdrawal in crypto on my account, however there is still only bank withdrawal and mifinity which I don't use.


Today I contacted live support again and they told me this is again not possible because I have EUR balance, however after explaining whole situation they told me I have to deposit again USDT to withdraw USDT. I'm afraid this casino is a scam as they don't want to withdraw my balance and ask for more deposit.

  1. about 2 weeks, I registered when they had old website
  2. no I deposited 200EUR by USDT and they voided my all winnings 1 day before they were switching to new website so I wanted withdraw but it was too late already, this is my first withdraw request
  3. no bonuses, just my real money
  4. not specified, I decided to make 10USDT deposit again to check it as it was minimal deposit possible, I did turnover and I'm still not able to withdraw all by USDT

Hi everyone,

1-2 days ago they disabled also bank transfer withdrawal leaving me without any withdrawal option that I could use, when asked why I can't use bank transfer for withdrawal they told me same reason as previously for USDTfilethey really want to steal this 200EUR that I deposited

I got this mail yesterday, they request further turnover ( I just completed it) but still did not enabled USDT withdrawal

So far I completed everything they requested, full turnover of 200EUR, deposit extra 10EUR over USDT and withdrawed it already but withdrawal of 200EUR is still blocked. There is my proof of payment of 200EUR in my actual balance that was made previously by USDT too

Could you please explain in more detail what you mean by 'voided my all winnings'?

Did the casino unfairly confiscate your winnings made from the real money deposit? With what justification?

Which games did you play for the extra turnover to complete? Have you played with reduced risk? (p.ex. covering more than x% on roulette)
