1. Was told to verify a deposit on PHONE 04/08/2022 that i made in OCTOBER 2021 in order to start withdrawal process.

2. I was then instructed 04/08/22 to send forms:

a. Front and back of ID

b. Front and back of credit card uses on file

c. Send withdrawal application of card information

In order to be verified by banking department

3. I sent all forms listed above to to support email given including their banking department all on 04/08/22. While on phone with support which also verified they recieved forms and the banking department will verify in 4 days.

4. Its been 4 days and now they prolonging withdrawal process by saying they never received the withdrawal application via but saying thsy did on the 04 11 and also saying they cant see any information about documents being sent or received by banking department. So i sent a screenshot to chat reminding them they just sent message saying they see i didn't send and then later in chat saying i did to overall they cant see nothing regarding banking department and i have to wait 4 days...

5. So i went off of if they didnt recieve a form why haven't they emailed me. If they did receive the form on 4/11/22 why wasnt it received the day the phone rep verified the banking department received form.

I see they are giving lie's and trying to cause confusion i have all out hoing emails from 04/08/22 sent to support email and banking emailing including chat transcript s of contradictory! I just want funds owed to me instead of run around!

Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is the casino still in touch with you and if yes, when was the last time they responded to you and what was it about?

Please note that we always recommend to wait at least 14 days after finishing the verification for the money to arrive specially if you played with a bonus.

1. Yes first withdrawal request.

2. After me notifying them I finally reached out to GURU PLATFORM Today at 3:13am PST BUT prior was 04/08/22 and that response was from me begging about update or just wanted to know what's happening.

4. But that was about a instant DEPOSIT VERIFICATION they make sure you can instantly deposit finally being verfied for that after DEPOSITING 10/22/21. I was finally verfied to Deposit 04/08/22. They verified my Deposits while still being on the phone with phone Rep literally he verified my card in 5 minutes. But it takes 4 days to verify for withdrawals. Plus 7 days for instant Bitcoin wallet withdrawal.

5. I sent these people:

1. FRONT &BACK ID

2. FRONT & BACK CREDIT CARD

3. UTILITY

4. SELFIE HOLDING ID

5. MY BIRTHDAY

6. PLUS A FORM WITH CARD INFORMATION ON IT

6. NOW THEY WANT ME TO GIVE THEM ALLBOF MY BANKING INFORMATION ROUTING NUMBER ACCOUNT NUMBER NO THATS WAY TO MUCH IM VERIFIED.

7. WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THAT SECURITY WHEN I GAVE THEM MY MONEY 10/22/21 AND THEN THEY ASK ME MY AGE BIRDATE LAST FOUR OF CARD ON FILE EMAIL AND NUMBER AND I AM INSTANTLY VERFIED. BUT I GOTTA GIVE YOU ALL OF BANKING INFORMATION THATS WRONG! THEY HAVE ENOUGH ESPECIALLY WHEN WE KNOW THEY BREAK THEY RULES ALLOWING MONEY FROM PLAYERS 10/22/21 AND THEN TALKING ABOUT SAFETY 04/08/2022 WHEN THEY FINALLY ASK TO VERIFY DEPOSITING THAT SAME DAY YOU DONT HAVE TO GIVE UP NO BANKING ACCOUNT NUMBER OR ROUTING NUMBER BUT HAVE TO WHEN I WANT TO WITHDRAWAL. THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME THEN FOR BANKING INFORMATION ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBER!

Hello Candice,

The casino can request after a time to resend all the documents or ask for new ones, it is a common procedure in many casinos. All I can recommend for now is to send everything they requested otherwise the verification won't be finished.

Please people dont trust this casino please read all chat transcripts i made with this casino chat and weekend received message from there finance department not to be trusted they prolonged my payout with made up rules and you will see and read DIOR the manager couldnt produce the PROOF FOR A 4 DAY BITCOIN VERFICATION AND SOME VERIFY IF I SENT CHECKING OR SAVINGS VERFICATION!!!! So i submitted the form listed in email as a link below which states is the final step of withdrawals process here is the proof stating thisfile


So after completing form all of a sudden to extend process because they are liars and no one can send me verification form for it or terms and policly they just made something up so they wont have to payout

When exactly did the live chat confirmed that you are already verified - the date is not visible there. Based on that I believe the first payout should arrive within 1-2 weeks (takes longer as it is the first payout request).
