Been trying to get withdrawal for almost 30 days. They would not remove withdrawal amount from my balance so eventually play through 2k. Now I have 1k and they said I was approved but will not remove from my balance and today chat till me it would be 10 business days. For what?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

"I apologize for overlooking you email…o am still waiting to get paid by lucky tiger. It is November 4, and I’ve been trying to get my measly grand for over 4 weeks now. They find any excuse to hold on to that money. I’ve cashed out from 4 other online casinos while I’ve been waitin for luckytiger. Today got email ro chat for my cash back. Nice lady Evelyn told me I had $70 and I thanked her. I couldn’t find it on the site so I chatted again, got Chandler and he said no bonuses are being paid out. I asked how come and he said because I had a pending payout!

I said OMG and used the "BAHAHAHA" for the first Time ever! Really pathetic.

Cherry jackpots has been the breeziest to work with and collect from.

Yes they finally paid me onTuesday 11/9. Horrible experience. They found every reason to delay. I unsubscribed and suggest anyone who wants to get paid in a reasonable time span, avoid Lucky Tiger Casino.
