The player from the United States has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing single bets greater than the allowed ones. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I started unlucky Tiger and I had a really good hit for $4200. After playing down to 4000 I called him to see if I was able to cash that amount because of my wage or bonus and I was told I was able to cash it out with no problem so I went through weeks of getting the documents together and for them to pay me out then so reptiles me at the most I could pull out on the Playthru bonus was 1200 so I played the 4000 down to 1200 being that I knew I couldn’t win anymore anyways Not realizing that I buy up my back more than their policy recommends. They took the whole $1200 and gave me back $200 so that thousand dollars I could’ve used to meet the requirements to win so basically $4000 was completely lost, which I would’ve never done that at any casino because of their stupid rules and I will never play at this casino again I’m a big spender and they have lost my business .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue and understand your frustration. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found (here):
22.9. During an active bonus, the maximum bet per hand, spin, card, etc., is $10. This maximum bet rule will remain active until the wagering requirements have been completed. Betting above this limit will void the bonus and any winnings thereof.
We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.
If you are aware of placing higher bets than the allowed ones, sadly, there is not much we can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
