The player's account got closed for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Tried for months to get the 900$ i won. First they said it was going for review and would take 24 hours. Than theybdaid it went to their billing review office e or financial whatever they referred to it as. Than after two months I asked again what's going on with the money. And than I received a email saying. Any funds I won wouldn't be given to me. Also that my account was closed. I didn't violate any of the rules. I didn't multipl accounts either only one account. The only thing I did wrong was ask when I the 900$ wS gonna be paid out. ... thres no customer support tou can speak to about this either just robots. .
I would give it 0 stars if there was an option it should be on the blacklist

Could you please advise when exactly did your account got closed? Did you accumulate your winnings from real money or bonus balance? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they specify in any way the reason of blocking you?
