That’s what the chat agent said ..then I received a call it was ok for the withdrawal.because they did ask for a 10 $ deposit to withdraw it..So obviously there was a deposit made for it as asked…after" to go through ..then when I went back I noticed my approved documents weren’t showing up..so wasn’t too trusting to play right now . The coupon was for a $200 max cash out..right after I just played off the winnings ..I had a phone call withdrawal was ok .which was a nice thing from a casino ..so up in the air on this casino so far . Thanks
