I am still waiting to get paid from this casino. I submitted my documents and the withdrawal was approved on March 13th. They state after approval, payments take 7-10 business days to reach your account. 10 business days went by and nothing. I reached out to support to escalate but haven't heard anything further. Is there anything you all can do to help?
