Lucky Legends Casino - Player's withdrawal is delayed due to verification issues.

I tried to redeem $82.42 on Lucky legends. I submitted my driver's license and did the selfie moving my head in a circle. It told me it could not verify my profile. It will not let me retry and told me to email identification _ser ice@outlook.com. I did asking them what I needed to do but immediately received an email saying it can not be delivered because their inbox is full.
