The player from South Africa had requested a withdrawal a month ago but had not received her funds. Upon investigation, we found that the player had not made a minimum qualifying deposit which was required for the payment method verification. We had asked the player to make the necessary deposit and notify us about the progress. However, the player had failed to respond to our messages and update us on her actions, leading to the rejection of the complaint due to lack of cooperation.

After severel emails I still havent received my money. Every time it's a different excuse. Ive emailed them all the necessary documents that they asked for. They asked me for a utility bill to confirm my address. I've explained to them that the bill is not in my name it's in my landlordname. They told me it's fine I just need to get a letter from my landlord to confirm that I'm renting from her and that the address is right. Ive emailed the letter together with the utility bill again to them. They emailed me back and told me everything is in order and they are busy with my payout. It's been more than a month and still nothing just another excuse.

Please can you help me with this cos I'm really getting tired of their stories.

Thanks so much for helping me with this. I'm really fed up with their excuses. Really can it take so long for them to do a payout?

Other casinos take 48 hours and it's done. But not this one it's a month now and I'm struggling to get my money.

I apologize but you haven't replied to my last question.

According to the screenshot you submitted, a minimum qualifying deposit was required. Without it, the payment method won't be verified and you won't be able to use it for withdrawals.

I am referring to Step 2 in the screenshot below.

No I did not make a deposit. But I've asked the guy before I wanted to withdraw if it matters so he told me no. So now what I'm not getting my money????
