I've been trying to recieve my withdrawal I made on the second of May. It was accepted on the 8th of May and approved on the 18th of May. And I've been getting the runaround since then. It's been passed their alloted time window 7to 10 days. I've withdrawaled here before without incident but now it's a significant more and now the runaround

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I've been a verified player since August of 2023.i think the winnings were made with a deposit bonus and made it through the waging requirement. Hence the amount of the was taken from the withdrawal amount. I chatted with the casino on Thursday the 27th of May I made a type 0 on my complaint it was approved on the 16th of May and I made the request on the 2nd of May. When I talked with chat I was asking for a update on why payment had not been paid. And I just got the runaround. And they ended the chat.
