The player from Arizona made a withdrawal request on June 27th and was still waiting for it to be processed. We contacted the casino to get more information about the reasons of the delay, however the player informed us that the issue got resolved and they received the payment, therefore we closed the complaint as a resolved one.

I requested a with draw on June 27th and I'm still waiting and everything I try to talk with someone they are less then helpful. Played with deposit from card with no bonus attached to it.

This was my first attempt doing a with draw from lucky lands casino. As far as I know I completed the verification process with lucky legends before I was able to request a withdraw. I had to send picture of my driver's license and then a selfie of myself holding my card.

I actually got it now, sometime with in the last 2 days. Very slow but they did pay out. I had thought I wasn't going to see any of my winnings.
