in March I used a bonus code on lucky legends. 250$ free, no deposit, first time players only. Playthrough was something like 6,000$ or something. It was high. What was cool was it was set to 500$ max cash out. Anyway, I got lucky and won somewhere near 6,000$ after completely the play through. My balance after play through went from 6,000$ to 500$ as expected. I continued to cash out the 500$ with " fastest " method being Bitcoin. After finally, and I mean FINALLY verifying my account they wanted ID, proof of address, selfies with ID, and a deposit of 10$ using lite coin to confirm my wallet. I deposited 30$ because I had read somewhere in order to withdraw there is a minimum deposit of 20$ in the last X number of days in order to be eligible. They sent the 10$ back to me after confirming my litecoin. I played with the additional 20$ and lost it, no biggie, I’m happy cause I got 500$ coming, right? SO.. wrong! When they say they will cash you out, they don’t mention that they are going to do anything and everything possible to either get you to cancel the withdrawal and lose the money back, or not send it all while providing broken promises. On April 8th my withdrawal was requested. After many support chats and hours of beating the bush it turns out I had to provide a Property Lease Agreement to prove my address is where I live. April 18th I cancelled it, and re submitted the request because my account wasn’t completely verified. Finally I get an email On May 11th saying my account is fully verified. Not until June 3rd did the withdrawal finally become approved. I decided to chat with them again to see what the status was. The chat representative told me after approval it takes 7-10 business days to send the money. Ok. Fine, I think atleast we’re at a position that isn’t me waiting for a email or for something, anything positive. It’s now the 11th day of the 7-10 days and in an attempt to get paid I once again open a chat which took me an hour to finally get an agent. They tell me "Once the funds have been sent, the delivery time may vary according to our payment service providers' limitations.

According to my experience, it takes from 3 to 10 business days to receive it, however, from time to time it may take a little bit more.

We do not have control over the delivery time once the money has been sent, but we assure you that you will receive the payments very soon " ANOTHER three possibly ten business days and MAYBE longer to recieve funds???!! REALLY???!! I am just so mad. It’s almost been 4 months since I won that 500$ and legitimately and successfully achieved all the rules and all the policies and any other hoop of fire I had to jump through. I asked for a time stamp and transaction ID, which if bitcoin is sent, these will be provided. They couldn’t provide any information regarding receipt of sent funds. Do they know there’s such a thing called a BLOCKCHAIN ?? Are they just trying or hoping I’ll get fed up and let it go and just forget about the 500$? Are they mad that I only spent 20$ and cashing out 500$? How is this casino still in business? Why are they making it so hard to prove they sent it? I quote: "As of right now, there is no one who has access to this kind of information as delivery time." That’s just not possible if they actually sent the money using bitcoin. Why is it that I can send bitcoin in an hour or less but they can’t even show me a transaction ID? They have my bitcoin address… so why don’t they have a timestamp or ID? I guess my question is, What can I do to put pressure on them? What can I do to make them feel responsible, legitimate and realize they need to step up there game? So frustrating… thanks for listening/reading hope to here feedback.
