I’m new to this I’m but I’m not new to gambling online. I’ve been doing it for a good year and a half now and I won a significant amount of money. So on Lucky legends, I won the jackpot probably about a half a year ago and I had no problem after I complained for a little bit about not getting my money after so long. I finally got to someone who helped me and I had the money the same day I won 1600 now I just recently won 500 on there and I have done everything like verify my identity given that my bitcoin address is on Coinbase cash app and bitcoin three times I have been told that the supervisor is not on duty. I have been lied to about having to come back to chat with someone an hour later and no one helps me they keep telling me I have to wait another 24 hours to 48 hours. They’ve escalated my account to the finance team now I have the email to the finance team and I was going to email them . I have read all the terms and conditions I’ve been doing this for a while so I know that I’ve met every term and condition there is to meet they are seriously making me mad. I have put a significant amount of money into this casino and didn’t think that they would do this to me I am a valued customer, does anyone have any advice on what to do?

I sent them the same bitcoin address because every time I keep going onto the chats on the live ones they asked me at the end what my bitcoin addresses and I’ve given them the one for my cash app. I’ve given them the one that I use the last time when I won the jackpot, which was Coinbase, and then I gave him another one from bitcoin, they seriously are just messing with me. At this point. I think I don’t understand why it’s been delayed the first time it was delayed it was a day late from them being able to approve the funds to give to me and then I know the term says you have to wait 7 to 10 days after that so I waited the 7 to 10 days to get approved for the 500 and then now I’m waiting the 7 to 10 days , after I was approved which now it’s been almost 12 days the last time I spoke to them was last night I just won’t leave them alone because I know that they can give me the money that same day because it happened when I got the jackpot because I had to get on there and I had to complain because they were trying to mess around just like this time but I had to inform them that I know everything about their website because I’ve read it a lot of times to make sure that I made met all the terms and conditions. Not only that when I do get onto the live chat, they put me on hold forever and tell me that there’s no supervisor available. I have one or two screenshots of the chat, and I have the names of the last two people that I talk to written down.

Also, they have already escalated the situation which they are already late two days now so a day from when they approved the funds they did that late approving the funds late and now they are a day late from giving me the money. It’ll be two days now.

I spoke to a supervisor this morning and they are telling me that there’s a delay I’m gonna have to wait until pretty much Monday. They said there’s no one on the finance team that I can talk to because I’m not an internal team. It’s only email so they say that they’re getting a large amount of withdraws and that’s why they’re behind it took me forever just to get to the supervisor they kept telling me that she wasn’t on duty and then I kept complaining, and they finally gave me to someone which she magically just came back. This place is a joke. I will never ever put any money on here ever again.
