The player from Canada has completed wagering requirements but received error message when trying to withdraw his winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited $50 earlier today and played until the WR were complete. My bonus money was converted into available funds but now everytime I go to claim my withdrawal amount I get an error message.
