DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE TOTAL SCAM!!!! I deposited money on here with a deposit match bonus and ended up winning 4000 dollars I had played through the requirements before I could withdraw so I tried to cash out. A couple days go by where they tried to get me to reverse my withdrawal with incentive of bonus money if I did so but I didn't then they called me and told me I had to send proof of I.d. and all this stuff and I did all that then told me I was good to go. The next day the pending withdrawal was modified by LuckyCreek from 4000 down to 1000 and they claimed because I won that money from a bonus my max amount I could win was 1000 so I said fine whatever at that point I just wanted to get some money. So they told me 7-10 days it will be deposited into my account, well I've contacted them or at least attempted to they seem to have stopped answering me now days quite a bit but always they said money was sent out and they can't tell if I got it or not but the reality is I never did. It's been almost an entire month now and still no sign of any money. This website I'd a rip off, they take your money but don't pay out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!!!!

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Since when exactly is your withdrawal pending? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
