The folks at lucky creek casino apparently is in the business of ripping people off..i played at lucky creek and won..when i tried to withdraw my wininngs i got a notification saying i had to make a deposit to withdraw my winnings well i did that ..i made a deposit from my own private account..well now am being told after waiting 3 weeks for my winnings to get to me that the money had been voided because i won it on a consecutive bonus play but that is an out right lie..i made the deposit so i could withdraw..well they say i didnt meet the playthrough by just a few dollars. Seems like they use whatever means necessary to keep from paying out to players who won..this is sketchy "technicalities" gray areas they can easily use to keep from paying out winnings to the players..thats not right or fair...and there really isnt anything that can be done except filing a complaint that isnt gonna solve anything. The folks at lucky creek really laighing it up at all of the prople they rip off daily.

I did use a bonus but I also made a deposit because it said I had to before I could withdraw winnings.

I can't get back into the account. lucky creek closed my account after I tried talking with them on the phone. They gave me the run around for almost 3 weeks before finally saying that my winnings had been voided. As for the bonus I dont even remember what the code was.
