Lucky Bity Casino - Player’s account has been credited with less funds than he’s deposited.

I deposited .44mbtc and at the time the usd value was $8.98. I only got credited $4.84 though the .44mbtc was all there. Just the usd amount was wrong. Thdy say i got what i sent but the game credits are in usd amounts. So i only got to play the $4.84 they credited to my account. This casino is a burn. I definately do not recommend it. Support is no good. They tdll me im burned.

Yes ma'am ive deposited multiple times and never had a problem. If i needed support they were quick to help. I dont feel as if i was rude or anything. They say now .44mbtc is $4.89 on their site. But its not what the value is at the price of btc currently.

I guess luckybity doesnt go by the actual bitcoin value or what? Because i sent my transaction from coinbase and btc was at 18,000ish. I mean, you do the math. Luckybity screwed me. If they insist i got what i deposited then they must have their own price that only they go by. I got a screenshot of the actual value of my deposit. Hello, the USD value the player sees in the game is just an inaccurate/incorrectly displayed information, and if you request a withdrawal of the 0.44mBTC, you would be paid the full amount in Bitcoin. We apologize for the bug related to the rate, which has been already fixed. But all in all, you play in MBTC and withdraw MBTC and USD is only for display.

The game said 4.84 credits. The usd amount said 4.84. I make a bet on book of ra and it bets in dollar credits. I had only 4.84 credits. Say i bet 5, it drops my total balance to 4.79. Which would be .05cents. Agreed? So if there is a glitch then im still owed the difference of 8.98 minus the 4.84. I got screenshots to prove the case. Its only $4.14 for crying out loud. Credit my account as such or im pursuing other means of righting this situation. You shouldnt make excuses as to how or why i got screwed, just make it right.

Unfortunately, incorrect values were displayed due to an error but the displayed USD values did not affect your actual balance which was in mBTC as all transactions in the casino are processed in BTC currency.

So your saying my .05cent bets were really .10 cent bets? Since i basically got half the value of my deposit displaying in front of me on your webpage, forcing me to bet what i might not have bet. i get screwed twice then. Your system made a mistake.
