The player's dissatisfied with the casino for multiple reasons. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Not one single withdrawal. Several deposits have been made. Why there is a location to type a code for promo code redemption, when no promo codes are ever provided. When I use chat the chat closes the chat box, disallowing the ability to freely dispute these issues, thus, declining any ability to actually communicate back and forth.
